THIS RULES ARE IMPORTANT TO PLAY THE GAME

The rules are as listed below and are to be followed at ALL points during our game day.

Mask:

1.     Mask is on at all times during play.

2.     IF you are killed your mask stays on until you are in a safe zone.

3.     If you are wiping fog be quick, and keep your head down.

-don’t take you mask off to wipe fog during a fire fight or when one could soon start.

         

Shooting:

1.     NO live shooting inside base (air only)

          -base boundaries will be clearly marked

2.       NO shooting within 15 feet of a person

          -call “tag”

                   -see “tag” rules

3.       DON’T shoot unless you have seen that the person is wearing a mask.

          -if something is blocking your view and you can’t tell you don’t shoot.

4.       Make sure that you do not shoot someone who is already out

5.       Splatter from a grenade or a land mine gets you out too.

 

 Tag:

             

1.     If someone within 15 feet of you calls “tag” you are out.

2.     You don’t yell “out” when you are tagged. You just raise your marker and leave the field.

3.     You can only call “tag” on people that are within 15 feet of you and would other wise have a perfect shot on them

              -you can’t call “tag” on someone you couldn’t shoot

Base:

1.     NO live shooting inside base (air only)

2.     Pick Up after yourself and thrown your trash away.

3.     Don’t touch other people’s gear without asking.

 

Game:

1.     Don’t wipe paint because that’s just lame. It doesn’t make you a better player. When you get hit call out and start thinking about what you did wrong and how to fix it for your next game.

2.     Splatter and gun shots don’t get you out. Arms, Legs, Body, and head shots all get you dead.

3.     Stay within the set boundaries (they will be stayed or marked.)

4.     Follow all other rules.

 

Dead:

1.     If you get killed don’t remove mask until you are in a safe zone.

2.     Remember “dead people don’t talk” don’t give up the positions of the people who killed you to your teammates. Just call out and leave the field.

4.     Running out of air or balls counts as you getting killed, unless one of your team mates has some they are willing to share.

5.     All tag rules apply

6.     Don’t throw a fit and get mad if you get out. Just think about how you can learn from your mistakes to make yourself better.

Flag:

1.     Once defending team plants the flag they cannot move it again for any reason.

2.     Defending team must plant the flag in a clear area with nothing within an arms lengths of the flag.

3.     Flag pole must not be buried any deeper the 6 inches into the ground.

4.     When attacking team is carrying the flag they can’t hide it on their body. They must have it clearly visible in one hand.

5.     If you are shot while carrying the flag you must plant the flag in the same location where you were shot. (defending team can’t move the flag back to the original position, or to a new one. They must defend it wherever it lands.

6.        Flag cannot be hidden in a tree, pond, swamp, or anywhere of that nature. 

PAINTBALL SAFETY TIPS

General Safety Tips:

•Keep your mask (full face mask, not just goggles) on at all times when on a field or playing somewhere else with friends.


•When not playing, barrel plugs or condoms should be in use at all times.


•Markers should be shooting (chronoed) under 300 fps (feet per second).


Never look down the barrel of a marker.


•Always be careful when unscrewing a tank from a gun. If the brass fitting isn’t moving, stop.


•Only wear masks that are made specifically for paintball.


•Never try to take a tank apart to try an repair it. Take it to someone who is qualified to do it.


•Keep markers and tanks out of direct sunlight when not playing.


•Replace your lens as needed. Never play with cracked or broken lens.


•Make sure any tank you use is up to date.(hydro date)


•Never shoot someone with the barrel directly touching their body.


•Never use a damaged CO2 or HPA tank.


•Never alter your equipment unless you are 100% sure know what you are doing.


•Keep yourself hydrated while playing; drink lots of water, even if you're not really thirsty.


•Stretch before you play.


•Never over fill a tank.


•Never assume that a marker is empty.
